Haunted still a year later... by a few images. This one was something she said about missing and not being able to identify the cologne of her first boyfriend.
Somehow, in my mind, one sense of completion was feeling that her heart had been unavailable because she was still in love with her first boyfriend and could not open herself to a different relationship, even though it was years and years ago. We both were creative musicians ... perhaps those feelings were just overwhelming and unsafe for her based on her past experiences.
If I could find the scent, I could change the outcomes ... not to get back together, exactly, but to bring a denouement of peace.
